1. Construction Foreman
Construction Foreman – Duties
Lead and supervise field crew
Coordinate schedule, materials, and subs
Ensure safety, quality, and production
Read plans and execute scope
Track progress and report daily
Solve field issues and keep jobs moving
Communicate with PMs, inspectors, and clients
2. Roof coatings technician
Roof Coatings Technician – Duties
Prep roofs (clean/pressurewash , repair, mask, prime)
Apply coatings (spray/roll) per spec
Follow safety and PPE requirements
Maintain equipment and materials
Ensure quality and proper coverage
Work efficiently as part of crew.
3. Roofers
Tear-off and install roofing systems per spec
Handle materials, tools, and equipment safely
Follow safety standards and PPE requirements
Maintain quality workmanship and productivity
Keep jobsite clean and organized
Work as part of a crew to meet schedule
All of these hires must have prior experience.
The higher end wage will be while on prevailing wage and Davis Bacon wage projects.
Pay: $20.00 - $85.00 per hour
