Roofing experience is required. If you specialize in one roofing system, we encourage you to apply and clearly identify your specialty.
Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and replace roofing systems, including shingles, metal, membrane, and other low-slope roofing products, according to project specifications and safety requirements.
- Safely and efficiently use roofing hand tools, power tools, and specialized fabrication equipment. Operate machinery and heavy equipment only as trained and authorized.
- Follow jobsite safety procedures, fall-protection requirements, and applicable OSHA standards.
- Work cooperatively with foremen, crew members, and other trades to maintain quality and keep projects moving.
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and properly care for company tools and equipment.
- Arrive on time, prepared to work, and communicate respectfully with the team.
Qualifications
- A proven roofing background and hands-on installation experience are required. This position is for experienced roofing tradesmen.
- Proficiency with the tools, equipment, and installation methods used in your roofing specialty.
- Experience working safely at heights and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Dependability, attention to detail, and the ability to follow directions and work well with others.
- Reliable transportation is required.
Compensation
Pay is based on demonstrated roofing skills, experience, quality of work, work ethic, and ability to contribute to the team.
