We are seeking an ambitious, energetic and self-motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our team.
In this position, you will be responsible for generating leads, establishing and maintaining client relationships, and promoting our products or services to potential customers.

They should be comfortable presenting products or services to potential customers and capable of driving business growth and reaching sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Present, promote and sell products/services to prospective customers
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
- Continuously improve through feedback
Requirements
Qualifications
- Industrial coatings
- Media blasting and blasting equipment would be a plus.
- Able to trouble shoot with customer's blast and painting equipment a plus.
- Proven work experience as a sales representative
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
- BS/BA degree or equivalent
Shift *** Monday - Friday ***
$55K-$75K Depending on Experience
Salary : $55,000 - $75,000
