We Offer:
- Pay range of $18 to $23 per hour includes base pay and performance-based bonuses
- Pay raise following paid training program completion
- Direct four-week track to Surface Repair Technician, with further grow opportunities within the company
- No weekends, late nights, or evenings (overtime is available)

- Ability to identify, compare, and recreate colors - Understanding color and how to match color is a large part of what we do
- Within 24 hours: Owner will reach out
- Within 72 hours: In-person interview
- Drive to our customers to perform the jobs scheduled for the day
- Display world-class customer service for tenants and property management staff
- Track work progress and notes in our dispatch tool
- Understand and utilize our unique 5-step repair process
- Problem-solve repairs with creativity
- Communicate with the support team if questions arise
