What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Consultant position at Surface Experts?

Surface Experts is an all-inclusive surface repair service provider. We repair minor damage to surfaces like Floors, Countertops, Bathtubs, Cabinets, Appliances, Furniture, Elevator Panels … Almost Everything!
- The salary range is $60,000 to $90,000, which includes base salary, commission, and bonuses

- Daily team meetings
- You will choose your sales route with an average of 15 appointments per day
- During each appointment with the apartment complex property manager, you will inquire about vacant units, ask to walk units, notate repairs and review with head of maintenance or property manager.
- Working from the office involves reviewing sales routes, preparing calls, and performing minimal administrative tasks
- Within 48 hours: We’ll schedule an in-person interview
- within a week we'll schedule an in person ride along day/half day
- Strong rapport skills and persistence
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Sales experience is strongly preferred

- Our typical repair requires only 1 to 2 tablespoons of product, so our technicians can carry their entire set of tools and equipment in a small vehicle. Our approach is clean and odor-free in under two hours.
