Travel: 25–40% within the U.S.
Location: Remote / hybrid, must be based on the East Coast
HQ: Spokane, Washington
Compensation: $90,000–$100,000 base salary, plus bonus potential

Job Responsibilities
- Coach franchise owners to improve financial performance, sales growth, and operational execution
- Use KPIs and financials to assess performance, identify gaps, and drive action
- Hold franchisees accountable to goals, commitments, and brand standards
- Support owners across core business areas including sales, staffing, training, retention, and goal setting
- Help franchisees consistently implement Surface Experts systems and processes
- Ensure franchisee compliance with brand standards and address issues when needed
- Identify trends across the system and share insights with senior leadership
- Facilitate collaboration and sharing of best practices across franchisees
- Problem-solve alongside owners and identify practical, scalable solutions
- 5 years of experience in franchise operations, small business ownership, or multi-unit management
- Direct experience working within a franchise system (corporate, field support, or franchisee side)
- Strong business and financial acumen
- Proven experience coaching, advising, or leading others to measurable results
- Ability to evaluate performance, prioritize issues, and drive accountability
- Strong relationship and communication skills, including the ability to have tough conversations when needed

- Ability to communicate orally. Hearing and vision within normal ranges with or without an assisted hearing device.

- The job is primarily performed indoors in a traditional office setting. Extended periods of sitting and extensive work at a computer and phone are normal.
