WHAT YOU'LL DO:

We’re looking for a Business Development Representative who enjoys connecting with people and building lasting partnerships, educating customers on our one-of-a-kind repair services, and helping them solve real problems.

• You will choose your sales route with an average of 15 appointments per day (all leads are provided)
• During each appointment with the apartment complex property manager, you will...
• Build rapport with the property manager
• Walk through a unit to assess opportunities
• Educate on our services and book repairs
• Working from home involves reviewing sales routes, preparing calls, and performing minimal administrative tasks
• Ten-minute check-in with the Owner

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• Goal-oriented, self-starter who is coachable and eager to learn
• Enjoys connecting with people and working in a team environment
• Professional, caring, and service-minded
• Ready to thrive in a metrics-based, process-driven sales system
• Valid driver’s license, clean record, and reliable transportation (mileage and parking reimbursement provided)
• Based in or near Chicago, with daily travel around the North Side and nearby suburbs
