We Offer:
- Pay range of $20 to $27 per hour includes base pay and performance-based bonuses
- Monthly bonus program depending on add-on repairs
- Monthly bonus program depending on tech attendance
- An additional monthly bonus for obtainable revenue goals
- Paid raise following paid training completion
- Direct four-week path to Surface Repair Technician
- No weekends, late nights, or evenings (overtime is available)

- Experience with fiberglass and/or composite materials is a plus
- Experience working with your hands - This could be in construction, manufacturing, painting, or even a personal hobby
- An ability to identify, compare, and recreate colors - Understanding color and how to match color is a large part of what we do
- Within 24 hours: A live team member will reach out to all applicants

Compensation: $35, $65,000.00 per year

- Our typical repair requires only 1 to 2 tablespoons of product so our technicians can carry their entire set of tools and equipment in a small vehicle. Our approach is clean and free of odors in less than two hours.
