We Offer:
- Pay range of $18 to $25 per hour: including base pay and performance-based bonuses.
- Bonus Opportunities: monthly bonus program depending on add-on repairs
- Company Car: each technician drives a branded company vehicle for job duties.

- Experience working with your hands - relevant experience could be in construction, manufacturing, painting, or even a personal hobby.
- Must be able to see, distinguish, and replicate colors. Understanding color and how to match color is a large part of what we do.
- Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Within 24 hours: A live team member will reach out to all applicants
- Within 72 hours: We’ll schedule an in-person interview
- In the field daily: generally complete 4 or more creative repairs on-site each day.
- Display world-class customer service for tenants and property management staff.
- Update progress on repairs by entering information and notes on our CRM/Dispatch tool.
- Communicate with the support team with questions.
- Understand and utilize our unique 5-step repair process.
- Employ each tool in your custom tool-kit.
- Problem-solve repairs with creativity in a variety of settings like apartments, hotels, moving sites, construction sites, etc.
