We are looking for passionate individuals to provide high-quality painting services that exceed our customers' expectations.
Responsibilities:
- In the field daily with 4 or more repairs
- Prepare surfaces for painting.
- Apply paint and other finishes using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment.
- Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired shades and finishes.
- Inspect completed work for quality and consistency.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients regarding project status.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a painter or resurfacer in residential or commercial settings.
- Knowledge of painting techniques, tools, and materials.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various conditions.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and technologies.
