We Offer:
- Pay range of $17 to $20 per hour includes base pay and performance-based bonuses
- Monthly bonus program depending on add-on repairs
- Pay raise following paid training completion
- Direct four-week track to Surface Repair Technician

Requirements
- Experience working with your hands - This could be in construction, manufacturing, painting, or even a personal hobby
- An ability to identify, compare, and recreate colors - Understanding color and how to match color is a large part of what we do

- Employ each tool in your custom tool-kit
- Problem-solve repairs with creativity
