What Youll Do
This is an in-field sales role focused on building relationships and driving revenue.
- Visit approximately 12 to 15 customers per day across the Milwaukee area
- Build relationships with property managers, maintenance teams, and decision-makers
- Identify customer needs and recommend surface repair solutions
- Generate and close new business opportunities
- Follow up consistently to convert opportunities into booked work
- Track activity, notes, and performance metrics in our system
- Coordinate with the owner and technician team to ensure a smooth customer experience
