Role Description
We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer and Setup professional for a full-time, on-site position at our Sunnyvale, CA facility. This role involves programming CNC machines, setting up and operating equipment, and interpreting technical drawings to produce high-precision parts. The CNC Programmer will collaborate with the engineering team to ensure efficient production and maintain quality standards, adhering to established processes and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in CNC Programming and Programming for machining tools
- Experience in Machining and Milling processes
- Strong ability to interpret and work with Technical Drawings
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-precision work
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues
- Familiarity with Statistical Process Control (SPC) methods is a plus
- Prior experience in production and manufacturing environments preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications are advantageous
