We’re hiring an SEM Specialist who loves details, iteration, and performance-driven decision making. You’ll manage paid search, PMAX, Display, and Video across Google and Microsoft Ads. You’ll create copy, manage budgets, analyze performance, and help shape strategic decisions.
What You’ll Do
• Plan, build, and manage paid search campaigns (SEM, PMAX, Display, Video)
• Conduct keyword research, ad creation, competitive benchmarking
• Monitor pacing, bids, budgets, tracking, and performance
• Analyze campaign data using GA4, first-party data, and Surface tools
• Support strategic objectives with the Head of Media Technology
• Collaborate with creative on messaging, copy, and concepts
• Prepare clear internal and client-facing reports
• Stay informed on industry changes and new tools
Who You Are
• 2–4 years of SEM experience (agency or freelance)
• Proficient with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Google Analytics
• Strong analytical thinker with excellent attention to detail
• Clear communicator who can manage multiple tasks
• Thrives in a fast-paced, shifting-startup environment
• Curious and eager to take ownership
Bonus Points
• Experience with Meta Ads or other social channels
• Strong writing skills
• Experience with local retail marketing strategies
