We’re hiring a Paid Social Specialist to own execution of Meta and TikTok campaigns across multiple clients. You’ll plan, build, launch, pace, optimize, and analyze paid social performance. You’ll collaborate closely with creative and report to our Head of Media Technology.
What You’ll Do
• Plan, build, and manage paid social campaigns across Meta Ads and TikTok Ads
• Handle audience setup, budgets, bids, pacing, creative rotation, and A/B testing
• Translate performance data into clear insights for internal teams and clients
• Develop creative testing structures and optimization strategies
• Collaborate with creative on concepts, messaging, and direction
• Stay up to date on platform updates, algorithm changes, and trends
Who You Are
• 2–4 years of hands-on paid social experience (agency or freelance)
• Deep knowledge of Meta Ads Manager; TikTok Ads is a plus
• Strong understanding of CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPM, and optimization levers
• Analytical thinker with exceptional attention to detail
• Proficient with GA4, Sheets/Excel, Looker Studio, or similar
• Clear communicator who can work independently
• Thrives in a fast-moving startup environment
• Curious, resourceful, and eager to take ownership
Bonus Points
• Experience with Google Ads, TikTok Ads, or DSPs
• Understanding of retail/local business marketing
