Surf Thru Express Car Wash is seeking a driven and experienced Area Manager to oversee multiple locations in the Fresno/Clovis region. We're looking for a leader with strong multi-site management experience, mechanical aptitude, and a passion for developing high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple sites
- Ensure top-tier customer service and facility standards
- Perform and manage light mechanical and maintenance repairs
- Manage site budgets, cash handling, deposits, and inventory
- Create schedules and manage staffing needs
- Train, mentor, and lead team members
- Order supplies and track usage
- Foster a culture of accountability and performance
