Job Summary: We are looking for hard-working, honest and friendly Sales Associates with a desire to provide outstanding customer service to join our team. Ideal candidates must be able to handle various tasks while maintaining a positive attitude.
Essential Job Functions (Sales Associate):
- Assist in merchandising, display maintenance and store housekeeping.
- Maintain awareness of our products, merchandise promotions and advertisements.
- Assist customers by helping them locate and provide information about our products.
- Adhere to loss prevention, inventory control and compliance procedures.
- Assist in processing and replenishing merchandise, receiving and monitoring floor stock.
- Maintain a clean and orderly sales floor.
- Greet customers and provide a fun shopping experience.
- Accurately and efficiently complete sales transactions on a register and maintain proper cash and accountabilities.
- Any other duties assigned by management.
Minimum Requirements:
- Retail experience is helpful, but not necessary.
- Must be dependable when it comes to attendance and punctuality.
- Must successfully pass background screening.
- Must love the beach!!!
