Responsibilities
- Process invoices, payments, and expense reports accurately and efficiently
- Maintain and update financial records using relevant software
- Assist with bank reconciliations and account audits
- Support the preparation of financial reports and documentation
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to financial activities
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve billing discrepancies or issues
- Manage filing systems for financial documents, both digital and physical
- Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail
Skills
