We are seeking an energetic and personable Server / Bartender to join our hospitality team. Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and safety
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling responsibilities
- Ensure food safety and proper food handling procedures are followed at all times
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the serving area, bar, and dining spaces
- Assist with setup, breakdown, and cleanup during each shift.
- Manage multiple tables or bar stations effectively through strong time management skills
- Upsell menu items to boost sales while providing excellent customer service
- Follow all food industry regulations and health standards to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff
Skills
- Proficiency with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and sales tracking
- Prior serving experience required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and enthusiastically
- Excellent time management skills to handle busy service periods smoothly
- Knowledge of food safety protocols, food handling, and proper serving techniques
- Experience in bartending.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and accurate order processing
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced settings within the food industry or hospitality sector
- Familiarity with brewing processes or beverage service is advantageous
