Corona Nissan is looking for an experienced automotive DMV clerk to join our team and deliver an exceptional customer experience. We strive to deliver the very best for our customers by promoting a positive and excellent experiences. As a DMV Clerk you will be efficiently and accurately processing DMV paperwork to the California DMV as well as other states DMV as needed.
We are looking for someone with DMV experience and someone who is a team player, excellent verbal and written communication skills, a problem solver, and an ability to prioritize and manage time.
Responsibilities: Process new & used car DMV using DMV Desk. Process trade in paperwork and Wholesales. Maintaining an organized filing system for all deals and paperwork
Provide backup to other staff as necessary and reconcile corresponding schedules.
Requirements: 1 to 2 years of Dealerships accounting experience.
New/Used contracts experience preferred but not required.
Must have dealership experience and work independently at a high volume pace Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency.
Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
Knowledge of Dealership software CDK & Advent, and Excel spreadsheets.
Must have the ability to read and comprehend instructions and information while maintain a high degree of courtesy and professionalism.
