What are the responsibilities and job description for the Grill Cook/Prep Cook position at Surf and Sirloin?
Weekdays 4pm -close Weekends 3pm-close We're usually out between 930-10pm
$22/hr.
MUST HAVE MINIMUM 5 YEARS HIGH END STEAK COOKING EXPERIENCAND ABLITY TO BREAK DOWN MEATS (PSMOS, STRIPS AND RIBEYES) Stock the station assigned to you thoroughly. Cook items according to the chefs' specifications. Complete assigned prep and cleaning duties. Close the kitchen at evenings end.
This position is for evenings only Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
***MUST be available the following holidays***
Valentines Day (Evening) Easter Morning until 4pm. Mothers day (Morning and evening) Father's day (Evening) Thanksgiving(Morning and Afternoon) Christmas Eve (Noon-close)
New Years Eve (Noon -close)
This position is part time during the summer and Fall-Spring with Full time being available.
COOKING TESTS ARE CONDUCTED PRIOR TO A STAGE SHIFT.
