Sweep floors/Custodian with food prep.
Prep food items as assigned by the chef
Properly clean and maintain all kitchen equipment
Unload deliveries and stock shelves rotating stock
Sweep floors throughout the kitchen and Walkin

Operate and maintain dish washing machine
Clean parking lot when asked as well as yard work on weekdays when business is lite.
