Role Description
The Commercial Closer and Examiner is a full-time on-site position based in Marlton, NJ. This role involves managing the closing process for commercial real estate transactions, performing title examinations, preparing closing documents, and ensuring title clearance. The individual will work directly with clients, lenders, attorneys, and real estate professionals to manage and oversee the complexities of commercial closings.
