We are seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead a growing food processing operation of mostly protein, focused on quality, excellence, and doing things the right way. What You'll Do
As Plant Manager, you'll have full responsibility for the performance of the facility, including:
- Leading all plant operations including production, packaging, shipping, sanitation, and inventory management
- Building and developing a high-performing team focused on accountability, safety, and continuous improvement
- Driving operational excellence, efficiency, and profitability
- Leading food safety, employee safety, and regulatory compliance initiatives
- Managing plant budgets, labor performance, yields, inventory accuracy, and cost controls
- Identifying opportunities to improve productivity, processes, and overall plant performance
- Coaching and developing supervisors and department leaders
- Partnering with executive leadership to support company growth and strategic initiatives
- Overseeing facility improvements, equipment investments, and capital projects

What We're Looking For
- 7 years of leadership experience in food manufacturing, meat processing, or protein production
- Strong knowledge of beef and pork fabrication, processing, and manufacturing operations
- Proven ability to lead large teams and improve operational performance
- Strong financial and business acumen
- Experience driving continuous improvement initiatives
- Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills
- A hands-on leader who enjoys being engaged with employees at every level of the organization
