What You’ll Do
Drive Production
- Grow annuity sales through proactive outreach, advisor meetings, and strategic follow-up
- Educate advisors on product positioning and market opportunities
- Turn relationships into consistent production
Own the Case Process
- Lead case design, run illustrations, and position the right solutions
- Manage cases from submission through placement with speed and precision
- Improve close rates and keep business moving
Build Relationships That Last
- Develop deep, trusted partnerships within your advisor network
- Identify and cultivate new opportunities within existing relationships
- Maintain a strong, active pipeline
Collaborate & Cross-Sell
- Partner with internal teams (Life, LTC, DI) to maximize opportunities
- Bring full-suite solutions to advisors and their clients
What You Bring
- 3 years of annuity or wholesaling experience
- Strong knowledge of fixed, FIA, and income annuities
- Proven ability to build and grow advisor relationships
- High energy, self-motivation, and a results-driven mindset
- Life & Health License (required)
