What You’ll Be Leading
As Corporate Controller, you’ll oversee all accounting operations while guiding and developing a growing accounting team. This role is highly visible and plays a key part in operational and financial success across the organization.
You’ll:
- Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
- Oversee consolidated financial reporting across multiple entities
- Build structure, accountability, and consistency within the accounting team
- Mentor and develop staff while creating a strong team culture
- Improve and standardize accounting workflows and controls
- Partner with operational leaders to improve project accounting and reporting
- Lead accounting integration efforts for acquisitions and new entities
- Serve as the key contact for auditors, tax partners, and executive leadership

What You’ll Bring
Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
- Strong experience in project-based or percentage-of-completion accounting
- Deep understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
- Experience leading accounting operations in a multi-entity environment
- Proven success improving close processes and financial accuracy
Preferred:
- CPA and/or MBA
- Acquisition/integration experience
- Experience building scalable accounting systems and workflows
