What You’ll Be Leading

As Corporate Controller, you’ll oversee all accounting operations while guiding and developing a growing accounting team. This role is highly visible and plays a key part in operational and financial success across the organization.

You’ll:

• Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
• Oversee consolidated financial reporting across multiple entities
• Build structure, accountability, and consistency within the accounting team
• Mentor and develop staff while creating a strong team culture
• Improve and standardize accounting workflows and controls
• Partner with operational leaders to improve project accounting and reporting
• Lead accounting integration efforts for acquisitions and new entities
• Serve as the key contact for auditors, tax partners, and executive leadership

What You’ll Bring

Required:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
• Strong experience in project-based or percentage-of-completion accounting
• Deep understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
• Experience leading accounting operations in a multi-entity environment
• Proven success improving close processes and financial accuracy

Preferred:

• CPA and/or MBA
• Acquisition/integration experience
• Experience building scalable accounting systems and workflows
