In this role, you will be the primary liaison between clients and surety companies, ensuring the seamless underwriting and processing of surety bond contracts.
Responsibilities:
- Process, issue, and manage bond contracts with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Serve as the main point of contact for contractor clients, delivering prompt and precise information on bonds.
- Maintain accurate records in the company database and prepare regular reports on bond processing activities.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including underwriters and surety companies.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with database management systems.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
- 3 years of experience in surety bond/insurance processing preferred. Experience in mortgage closing, loan processing, or paralegal work is also helpful
