Duties
- Lead and supervise installation jobs, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to project timelines
- Coordinate scheduling and job requirements with project management team.
- Review construction drawings and schematics for accuracy, identifying potential issues before installation begins
- Conduct quality control inspections throughout the project lifecycle to ensure compliance with design specifications and industry standards
- Manage team performance through effective communication, training, and mentorship in a fast-paced construction environment
Skills
- Extensive experience with performing start ups- construction site management, supervision, and crew management
- Strong knowledge of construction regulations including OSHA standards and federal safety regulations
- Skilled in blueprint reading, interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and construction plans
- Proven ability to coordinate construction schedules effectively
- Excellent managerial communication skills with experience managing teams in a construction management role
- Deep understanding of residential construction processes including budgeting, quality control, and safety management
- Ability to operate technical tools such as ohmmeters and manifold gauges for electrical testing and ensure proper installation practices
- Knowledge of construction safety management practices aligned with county regulations
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

- HVAC Installation: 3 years (Required)
License/Certification:
