Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential or commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure a pristine environment
- Manage laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing with care and efficiency
- Maintain floor care through sweeping, scrubbing, polishing, and carpet cleaning to uphold safety and aesthetic standards
- Handle sanitation duties by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and high-touch areas to promote health and hygiene
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs professionally and courteously during visits
- Execute janitorial and custodial tasks with precision, ensuring all areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness
- Assist with housekeeping management duties when required, including inventory control of cleaning supplies and scheduling support
Experience
- Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning environments is highly desirable
- Familiarity with floor care techniques such as polishing, stripping, waxing, and carpet extraction
- Knowledge of sanitation procedures aligned with health standards for both private homes and public facilities
- Experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles provides valuable insight into customer expectations and operational efficiency
- Strong background in laundry services and managing multiple cleaning tasks efficiently
- Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service with a positive attitude
