We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel. Duties
- Supervise daily hotel operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-in/check-out processes and guest relations.
- Oversee guest services, addressing any issues or concerns promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Implement effective revenue management strategies to maximize profitability.
- Conduct regular audits of hotel services, including night audits, to ensure accuracy in reporting and compliance.
- Collaborate with department heads to develop budgets and monitor financial performance.
- Train and mentor staff in hospitality best practices, customer service excellence, and phone etiquette.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth among staff members.
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends and competitor offerings to ensure the hotel remains competitive in the market.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while promoting a safe environment for guests and employees.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hotel management or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong supervisory experience with a focus on team leadership and development.
- Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to enhancing guest experiences.
- Knowledge of revenue management principles and budgeting processes.
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and front desk operations.
