SURESTAFF is searching for an Onsite Representative in Huntley, IL to join our team!
The Onsite Representative is responsible for directly managing and overseeing temporary workers at a client's location, providing a more hands-on approach to recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and issue resolution, ultimately leading to improved efficiency, reduced administrative burden for the client, and better-quality service delivery for both the company and the temporary employee.
The ideal candidate for this position will have a passion for helping others and enjoy working in a team environment! Excellent communication skills are a must as this position will be working with client customers and applicants on a daily basis. Multi-tasking, ability to self-manage, and intermediate computer skills are also a necessity.
Hourly Pay: $21-$22/HR
Shift Hours: Monday - Friday, 3:30am-7:30am and 11:30am-3:30pm
Responsibilities of the Bilingual Onsite Representative:
- Anticipate staffing requirements and expectations; develops value-added services to support changing client needs
- Maintain timekeeping system and ensure payroll is accurate
- Provide productivity, headcount, attendance, and other reports at the client’s request
- Manage employee relations at the site - including coaching, counseling, performance reviews, removal from assignments, and exit interviews
- Conduct onsite orientation, safety training
- Facilitate the initial treatment and reporting of workers’ compensation incidents
- Participate in scheduled service reviews at client site
- Act as the liaison between the branch office and the client
- Deliver superior customer service and develop relationships with supervisors and associates
- Other duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications of the Bilingual Onsite Representative:
- Bilingual required – Spanish and English.
- 2 years’ experience in a customer service role such as hospitality, restaurant, call center, or retail.
- Excellent communication skills – verbal and written.
- Demonstrate a sales aptitude
- Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, social media sites, and Microsoft Word.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
