Job Overview

Surefire Coffee Co. is seeking a passionate, community-minded leader to oversee and support our growing team across 7 stores in the Greater Nashville area. As an Area Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in fostering an exceptional coffee experience while building meaningful connections with our team members and customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Leadership & Accountability: Provide hands-on leadership, support, and accountability to General Managers at multiple locations.
• Operations & Site Support: Act as a hands-on operational leader by filling gaps as needed to ensure smooth business operations. Coordinate repairs and maintenance across locations to minimize downtime and maintain high standards.
• Hiring: Lead recruitment efforts to hire and onboard exceptional talent for our growing team in a timely manner
• Reporting: Oversee operational, financial, and performance metrics to ensure goals are met.
• Budget Management: Develop, monitor, and maintain location budgets to align with company financial targets.
• New Location Openings: Assist in the planning, setup, and execution of new store openings, supporting cross-functional teams to ensure successful launches.
• Special Projects: Take the lead on strategic initiatives and company-wide projects.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $60,000 per year
• Bonus compensation: up to 20% of base salary
