Help Create an Experience Guests Can't Wait to Come Back To

Sure Shot Tap House isn't your typical restaurant.

We're home to 50 self-pour taps, handcrafted cocktails, great food, duckpin bowling, arcade games, live entertainment, and more than 700 private events each year. Our guests come here for an experience—and every member of our team plays a role in making it memorable.

We're looking for dependable, positive people who enjoy working with others, love providing great customer service, and aren't afraid to jump in wherever help is needed.

This isn't a position where you'll do the same thing every shift. Our team is cross-trained to work in both the Front and Back of House because we believe everyone contributes to the guest experience.

What You'll Do

Responsibilities may include:

• Welcome guests and explain how our self-pour tap system works.
• Provide exceptional hospitality from the moment guests arrive until they leave.
• Take food and beverage orders using our digital ordering systems.
• Prepare menu items according to company recipes and quality standards.
• Deliver food quickly and accurately.
• Assist with hosting, food running, bussing, and table maintenance.
• Maintain clean dining rooms, patios, kitchens, event spaces, game areas, and restrooms.
• Restock supplies and complete opening, closing, and side work.
• Change kegs and assist with maintaining our self-pour beer wall.
• Assist with private events and large parties.
• Support teammates wherever needed to ensure smooth operations and an outstanding guest experience.

Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required. We are happy to train the right person.

Comfortable With Technology

Technology is a big part of how we operate, so we're looking for team members who are comfortable learning and using digital tools.

You'll regularly use technology such as:

• Point-of-sale (POS) systems
• Online ordering platforms
• Kitchen display systems
• Scheduling and communication apps
• Digital training materials and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

You don't need experience with every system, but you should be comfortable using technology and excited to learn new tools as we continue to grow.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Willing to work in both Front and Back of House roles.
• Committed to maintaining a clean, safe, and professional work environment.
