This is a full-time on-site role for a Carrier Operations Specialist located in Royal Oak, MI. The Carrier Operations Specialist will be responsible for coordinating and managing carrier relationships, tracking shipments, negotiating freight rates, and ensuring efficient operations. Responsibilities also include monitoring shipments to ensure on-time pickups and deliveries, troubleshooting issues, and communicating effectively with carriers and customers to deliver an exceptional logistics experience.
- Knowledge of freight brokerage, logistics coordination, and transportation management
- Strong skills in communication, problem-solving, and negotiation
