$21.00 per hour plus commission

What You’ll Do
- Complete annual maintenance checks with precision and speed
- Work independently in customers’ homes using proven processes and tools
- Inspect, maintain, and upgrade waterproofing, foundation, and concrete systems
- Deliver outstanding customer service built on trust, professionalism, and genuine care
- Identify issues early and recommend effective solutions
- Uphold Sure-Dry’s quality, safety, and performance standards
- Extensive, hands-on training designed to make you confident and successful
- Clear processes and structured systems so you always know what to do next

- Comfort working independently and managing a structured daily route
- Strong attention to detail and pride in high-quality work
- Passion for customer service and the ability to consistently deliver outstanding customer experience
- Construction or trade experience preferred
- Consultative sales experience is a plus
- Ability to work in crawlspaces and lift up to 75 lbs.
- Valid non-probationary driver’s license and safe driving record
