What are the responsibilities and job description for the Handyman / Maintenance Technician position at Sure Construction?
Construction Company looking for an experienced Service Technician for small projects and repairs on Commercial and Residential properties in the Tri County area. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, be able to work individually or with a crew, and be able to complete projects in a timely fashion.
Must have experience in the following:
General maintenance, Carpentry, Lighting, Electrical, Drywall repairs, Painting, Plumbing and all-around maintenance skills.
Responsibilities:
Diagnose and evaluate problems on site
Perform corrective, preventative, and emergency maintenance repairs
Pick up required materials for jobs
Model safe work habits and abide by all safety policies and procedures
Work effectively without close supervision
Complete required paperwork efficiently and timely
Maintain service truck in good working condition and keep it clean
Exhibit professional appearance and demeanor at all times with customers
Qualifications:
Must be responsible and trustworthy
Must have tools
Must have reliable transportation
Must have a valid driver's license and no criminal record
Must be able to perform work alone
Ability to lift a minimum of 40 lbs regularly
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
