REQUIREMENTS/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Managing team members and ensuring proper procedures are followed.
- Engaging guests & other team members in a friendly and respectful manner
- Preparing menu items as requested
- Ability to learn & work quickly while multitasking
- Exposure to extreme temperatures (cooking equipment, coolers, etc.)
- Cleaning and maintaining a clean workstation and surrounding areas
- Ability to lift and move an average of 30-50 lbs
- The safe and proper handling of knives, kitchen utensils, and equipment
- Maintaining product rotation using FIFO (first in, first out) method
