Surcheros Fresh Mex is a growing fast-casual restaurant customizing the Finest and Freshest burritos, tacos, nachos, quesadillas, salads, and chips & salsa anywhere!

REQUIREMENTS:
- Repetitive hand and arm movements, repetitive grasping, bending, and reaching
- Responsible for moving or lifting an average of 30-50 pounds
- Exposure to extreme temperatures (coolers, cooking equipment, etc.)
- The safe and proper handling of knives, kitchen utensils, and equipment
- Maintains a sanitary kitchen by adhering to state and local sanitation, storage, and refrigeration requirements and codes; cleaning equipment
- Requires basic food preparation skills and knowledge of HACCP standards
- Follows recipes and/or product directions for preparing, seasoning, cooking, carving, and serving food items which may include meats, vegetables, desserts, and other food products
- Stocks, dates, rotates, and temperature checks of products
