Door to Door Sales Rep | Sur Company
Location: New Bern, NC
Full Time | Uncapped Commission Compensation Plan

Key Responsibilities:
- Canvass residential neighborhoods and engage with potential customers
- Conduct door to door sales presentations to promote fiber optic internet services.
- Answer questions and overcome objections professionally.
- Close deals and guide customers through the sign up process. From knocking on the door to scheduling their install should take between 7-10 minutes! Super quick & simple process!
- Track leads, follow up, and report daily activity.
- Attend regular in person sales training and meetings.
- Work both independently and as part of a high energy team.
Qualifications:
- 1 year of outside sales experience preferred. Unexperienced candidates welcome, we provide training.
- Position requires constant standing, walking and movement from door to door.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Self motivated and goal oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently while staying on task.
