Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (may extend to 4:00 PM during peak season); occasional Saturdays
Pay: $22/hr

Job Summary:
The Safety Quality Coordinator is responsible for ensuring compliance with safety standards and maintaining quality processes within the production environment. This role involves monitoring workplace safety practices, supporting audits, tracking quality metrics, and partnering with supervisors and associates to maintain a safe and efficient operation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and enforce safety policies and procedures across the facility.
- Assist with quality inspections, audits, and reporting.
- Provide training and support on safety and quality initiatives.
- Collaborate with associates and leadership to address safety and quality concerns.
- Maintain accurate records using Excel and internal systems.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a safety or quality role (corrugated industry experience strongly preferred).
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle challenging conversations.
- Proficiency in Excel; experience with MTech preferred.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus, but not required.
