Pay:
Estimated $17 to $28 per hour based on job percentages and efficiency
Paid training provided

Position Type:
Part-time with opportunity for growth

What You’ll Do:
Perform residential and light commercial cleanings
Follow structured cleaning systems and checklists
Focus on detail work like baseboards, fans, blinds, and high-touch areas
Maintain a professional attitude in client homes

Requirements:
Must have reliable transportation
Must be punctual and dependable
Ability to work efficiently without constant supervision
Strong attention to detail and proactive mindset
Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
Ability to safely operate cleaning equipment
Strong customer service and communication skills

Preferred:
Knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation protocols, and floor care methods
