We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Auto Detailer to join our team. Our main office is located in Lebanon, TN, and as a fully mobile detailing company, we service Nashville and the surrounding areas.

A company-provided van will be available for traveling to customer appointments. However, reliable personal transportation is required to commute to and from our Lebanon office.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough interior and exterior vehicle detailing, including washing, waxing, polishing, vacuuming, surface cleaning, and stain removal.
• Inspect vehicles to identify cleaning needs and recommend appropriate services.
• Use detailing tools, equipment, and products safely and effectively.
• Follow company procedures to maintain consistent, high-quality results.
• Communicate professionally with customers and provide courteous customer service.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Properly maintain company vehicles, detailing equipment, and supplies.
• Assist with scheduling, basic record-keeping, and other daily operational tasks as needed.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient service.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation to the Lebanon, TN office.
• Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Professional communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work outdoors and perform physical tasks associated with vehicle detailing.
• Previous detailing experience is preferred but not required.
• Effective Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with clients and team members.
• Attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to follow detailed procedures and quality standards.
• Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift moderate weights for extended periods in an on-site environment.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record for moving customer vehicles as needed.
