We are looking for a Cashier/Server to join the team at a busy Seafood Restaurant. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, accurately processing payments, and managing the checkout process. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to gain experience in the industry and can multi-task.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly manner.
- Provide table service
- Operate cash registers and other point-of-sale equipment.
- Process payments and refunds accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
- Balance the cash drawer at the end of each shift.
- Compile take out orders
- Produce beverage orders
- Bag retail bagels and take-out orders
- Follow and execute open and close checklists
Pay: Hourly rate , plus tips
Job Type: Part-time
