Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Ensure all housekeeping supplies are stocked and organized for efficient operation.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Assist in laundry duties as needed, ensuring linens are clean and well-maintained.
- Follow established procedures for cleaning and sanitizing rooms and public areas.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests promptly and courteously.
- Participate in training programs to enhance housekeeping skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in housekeeping or custodial roles, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of cleaning techniques and safety protocols.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills for effective interaction with guests and team members.
- Experience in housekeeping management is a plus but not required.
