Supreme Outdoor is a design-build construction company specializing in high-quality residential and outdoor projects. Our work includes additions, structures, pergolas and pavilions, framing, finish carpentry, hardscape, and site work. We take pride in craftsmanship, organization, and building projects the right way.
We are looking for an experienced Crew Leader / Lead Carpenter to run jobs in the field, lead a crew, and execute projects efficiently while maintaining our quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a carpentry crew on residential and outdoor construction projects
- Read and interpret plans, details, and scopes of work
- Perform hands-on carpentry work including framing, trim, exterior structures, and general construction
- Coordinate daily tasks, materials, and workflow to keep projects on schedule
- Maintain jobsite safety, cleanliness, and organization
- Communicate with project management regarding progress, issues, and needs
- Ensure quality control and proper installation methods
- Train and mentor crew members as needed
Requirements
- 5 years of carpentry experience (lead or supervisory experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of residential construction methods and materials
- Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a crew
- Ability to read plans and work independently
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Professional attitude and good communication skills
Preferred (But Not Required)
- Experience with outdoor living projects (pergolas, pavilions, decks, hardscape integration)
- Equipment operation experience (skid steer, excavator, etc.)
- OSHA safety training

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week
