Supreme Outdoor is looking for experienced install crew members who take pride in building high-quality outdoor spaces. We’re looking for people with a minimum of 2-5 years of hands-on experience in hardscaping, landscaping, and carpentry, who can work efficiently, safely, and with attention to detail.

Position
Experienced Install Crew Member
Pay: $20 to $28 per hour, based on experience & education
Schedule: Full-time
What You’ll Do
- Install patios, walkways, retaining walls, steps, and other hardscape features
- Perform site prep, grading, excavation, and base preparation
- Install trees, shrubs, sod, mulch, and other landscape elements
- Install carpentry-related outdoor builds such as decks, pergolas, and structures
- Read and follow plans, layouts, and site instructions
- Operate hand tools, power tools, compactors, saws, skid steers, and other equipment safely
- Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites
- Work with the crew to hit production goals without sacrificing quality
- Follow all safety procedures and help protect the team, client property, and equipment
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in hardscape installation
- Experience in landscape construction
- Experience in carpentry or outdoor structure building
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors in all conditions
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude
- Ability to work well with a team and take direction
- Good eye for detail and quality workmanship
- Valid driver’s license is required
- Equipment experience is required
