Basic Functions: Supervise and coordinate cleaning activities and personnel at assigned account(s) to meet quality cleaning standards, profit objectives and to ensure customer satisfaction. Build and maintain good customer and employee relations.
Major Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of general cleaning tasks including, but not limited to: sweeping, dust mopping, wet mopping, spot cleaning, trash collection and removal, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning restrooms and break rooms and replenishing supplies.
- Ensure that all personnel comply with company policies including, safety, security, timekeeping, and key control procedures.
- Ensure that all cleaning equipment is maintained in a safe, clean working order.
- Follow all safety, security and key control procedures.
- Report all accidents, safety hazards and security concerns to your manager immediately.
- Respond to and follow up on requests and concerns.
- Inspect job site daily to ensure all work is completed and meets quality standards.
- Ensure that all appropriate doors remained locked and are secured at the end of your shift.
- Lead team to complete the cleaning of your assigned account each day and ensure absent team member’s routines are covered as needed.
