What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mortgage Loan Partner position at Supreme Lending?
Join a high-performing, purchase-focused mortgage team as a Loan Partner supporting a top-producing Loan Officer.
This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for someone who understands how mortgage files work—ideally a processor, loan officer assistant, or loan officer—who can help structure, review, and move loans efficiently from application to closing.
What You’ll Do
- Review borrower income, assets, and credit using the 4 C’s of credit
- Pre-qualify borrowers (if licensed)
- Set up and manage loan files in Encompass
- Collect and review documentation for completeness and accuracy
- Communicate with borrowers, real estate agents, and internal team members
- Help manage a fast-paced purchase pipeline and keep files moving
What We’re Looking For
- Prior mortgage experience (LOA, processor, LO, or similar)
- Strong understanding of loan structure and documentation
- Comfortable on the phone and interacting with clients
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
Licensing is ideal but not required.
Not a Fit If You
- Are seeking an entry-level or low-pressure role
- Prefer minimal phone or client interaction
- Struggle with deadlines, urgency, or accountability
Why This Role
- Work directly with a high-producing Loan Officer
- Build expertise in loan structuring and file management
- Opportunity to grow into a Loan Officer role over time
If you understand how mortgage files work and want to be part of a strong, fast-moving team, we encourage you to apply.
