Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated and thorough Office Manager to join our team. The Office Manager will oversee daily office operations, manage client accounts, and offer essential support to the firm’s administrative and accounting functions. This role is integral to keeping an organized, efficient, and professional work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee office operations, scheduling, and workflow to ensure efficiency.
- Prepare and send invoices, record client payments, and reconcile accounts in QuickBooks.
- Aid with bookkeeping, account reconciliation, and basic financial reporting.
- Manage vendor relationships, receive invoices, and prepare disbursements.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and client inquiries professionally.
- Maintain client and corporate files, both electronic and paper.
- Order and keep office supplies and equipment.
- Support the team with administrative and accounting tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate or Business coursework preferred).
- Strong ability in QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism.
- Meticulous, dependable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.25 - $17.25 per hour
Expected hours: 12 – 15 per week
Work Location: In person
