Role Overview

The Social Media & Content Manager will lead daily content execution and storytelling across Supra Human’s digital brand ecosystem. You will translate strategy and robust brand guidelines into high-impact posts, coordinate content creation, manage editorial calendars, and ensure every asset reflects the unmatched precision, conviction, and power of the Supra Human brand.


You will be responsible for organic content execution across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok. This role is accountable for growing brand awareness and affinity through impactful storytelling; partnering with internal stakeholders, coaches, and brand ambassadors to bring the Supra Human experience to life online.


This is a performance-driven position where every asset must move the brand forward, building presence, driving connection, and reinforcing our position as the leader in transformation. This role is a launchpad. You’ll work closely with our leadership team and world-class creators to execute strategy, elevate brand visibility, and produce content that converts attention into action.

Objectives

Content Creation & Execution

  • Manage content calendars across Supra Human and founder social media platforms.
  • Repurpose long-form content (e.g., podcasts, interviews, events) into high-performing short-form content.
  • Write compelling, brand-aligned copy with a strong point of view, and can tailor their tonality to align with key audience personas and platform-dependent best practices.
  • Collaborate with designers, editors, and contractors to ensure cohesive visuals.
  • Support promotional rollouts for launches, campaigns, and events.


Community & Engagement

  • Actively monitor comments and DMs to maintain brand integrity.
  • Identify and elevate client success stories and user-generated content.
  • Support community growth by building meaningful connections with followers.


Channel Management & Growth

  • Execute platform-specific strategies to grow reach and engagement.
  • Track performance data and provide accurate, insightful reporting. Provides actionable and insightful strategic recommendations to optimise content and creative strategy.
  • Ensure content meets Supra Human’s Framework (Consistency, Compliance, Conversion, Clarity, Conformity, Control).


Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Align closely with PR, product, and paid media teams to unify messaging.
  • Collaborate with brand ambassadors and coaches to extend reach and credibility.
  • Participate in campaign planning and execution across functions.
  • Actively engage with the brand team to support ongoing brand positioning strategies, effectively targeting key consumer groups.


Requirements
  • 4–6 years of experience managing social media and content for a high-performance, fast-growth, or health-focused brand.
  • Proven ability to manage multi-platform content calendars.
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills with a bold, clean brand voice.
  • Experience analyzing content performance and optimizing based on insights.
  • Proficiency in content tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Canva, Figma, Adobe, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of audience segmentation, funnel strategy, and messaging tone.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and execute in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
  • Willingness to travel for content shoots and events as needed.
  • Preferably experienced with premium fitness, health, or nutrition brands.

Job Type: Full-Time (Remote) / Prefer Arizona Residence / Occasional Travel Required
